We hope you have had a wonderful elective and now ask you to give your host feedback in order to complete your FTE. This forms an essential part of our quality assurance process and we require this before issuing your Elective Completions Certificate.
We will use your data to help hosts improve future students’ elective experiences as well as complete our annual reports which will be online. We ask that you give us reasonable detail in the free text sections and assure you that we will not directly attribute any responses, however, we cannot guarantee host won’t know or try to guess the origin with very specific issues or events.
We will provide hosts with summary level data unless you advise us of any major concerns that require direct attention. In this case, or if you need to discuss anything related to your elective, we strongly encourage you to speak with Amy ceo@ften.co.uk or Jon acad@ften.co.uk in person so we can understand better and offer some debriefing.
In addition, we may make responses available anonymously for ethically approved research. You can opt out of this at the end if you wish.
