Moti Gyanu Polyclinic is a registered healthcare provider and NGO located in Pokhara, Nepal, founded to deliver accessible and affordable healthcare to the local community. The clinic provides general clinical care, diagnostic, laboratory and imaging services, with referral coordination to larger facilities when required.

Your elective is delivered in partnership with Manipal Teaching Hospital, a 700-bedded institution offering the full range of clinical specialties and sub-specialties. A typical placement combines three weeks of clinical exposure at Manipal with community visits to the Moti Gyanu clinic and participation in local health camps, giving students a genuinely dual perspective on healthcare delivery across both tertiary and community settings in Nepal.

Moti Gyanu was established to bridge gaps in access to quality healthcare and plays an active role in training visiting medical students, trainees and volunteers through structured and ethically supervised clinical learning.
