This week three students have arrived to start their FTE electives at Nkhoma Hospital in Malawi.
During their electives they will be gaining clinical insight, developing global health awareness, and building relationships with the Nkhoma team. Through Fair Trade Electives, every placement is co-designed with local partners which means that students are not just visitors, but part of a reciprocal exchange that helps strengthen our partnerships.
We are really proud to support these journeys and are looking forward to seeing the students return home as globally-minded healthcare professionals.
